Boxing

Our boxing classes provide strength and cardio training using a combination of jumping rope, heavy bag work, medicine ball and body weight drills, calisthenics, and abdominal exercises. Learn classical boxing techniques with a focus on form, footwork, combinations, and timing!

muay thai and mma

Our muay thai and mma classes use a combination of jumping rope, heavy bag work, strength training, calisthenics, and abdominal exercises with tradition training in muay thai. MMA learn wrestling, striking and the art of all martial arts

Women's Kickboxing

A welcoming class exclusively for women of all fitness levels! Women’s kickboxing classes also use a combination of jumping rope, heavy bag work, strength training, calisthenics, and abdominal exercises with a focus on combinations of punches, kicks, and knees.

Youth Boxing

Our youth boxing class focus on the fundamentals of boxing class and are designed for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 15. This class uses a combination of jumping rope, strength exercises, and bag work with an emphasis on having fun!

Whether you’re trying to improve your physical fitness or train for a fight, our one-on-one training sessions are personalized to your goals! Sessions are 30/60 minutes and use a combination of strength training and conditioning, shadowboxing, mitt work, and heavy bag work designed to build a fighter’s mind, body, and spirit.
